Quick Fixes for Common Issues
Most problems can be resolved with these steps
1Microphone Issues
iTextor cannot access the microphone
Solution: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Privacy → Microphone → Enable iTextor
2License Activation
License key is not being accepted
Solution: Check your email after purchase → Copy the license key directly (no spaces) → Paste into iTextor
3Transcription Won't Start
Recording doesn't work or gets stuck
Solution: Quit iTextor completely → Restart → Check microphone permissions → Reinstall app if needed
4App Crashes
iTextor closes unexpectedly or freezes
Solution: Update macOS → Reinstall app → If it persists: Send crash logs to support
